2019 Teacher Appreciation Week is coming soon!

Fall River PTO is busy preparing for Teacher Appreciation Week 2019 which is Tuesday, April 30 – Friday, May 3rd.

PTO will be hosting daily events for Fall River’s hardworking teachers and staff, but we also need help from YOU!   If you would like to be involved with this important event, please email Gina Tajchman at president@fallriverpto.org .  Volunteers are needed for things like donation pick ups, event set up and clean up, and more.

To sign up to bring food to the Late Start Teacher breakfast that week, please check under the “Volunteer Opportunities” section on the right.

Thank you -every little bit helps!

Parent/Teacher Conference Meals

Parent-teacher conferences are quickly approaching, which mean long 12-hour days for the hard-working teachers and staff at Fall River.  The PTO’s goal is to make the experience more bearable by providing dinner. There is a different menu on tap for each night.  Each menu includes contributions of various levels of complexity from entrées and desserts to drinks, condiments and sides.
  • Homemade, store-bought, or carry-out are all welcome.
  • Please label any homemade items with the ingredients as some of our teachers have specific dietary restrictions.
  • Crock pot liners to use in your 3.5-6 quart round or oval slow cookers are available at the front office; stop by during the school day to pick one up.
  • We have serving utensils, please keep yours at home to avoid misplacing them with our collection.

Volunteer for Fox Trot

We need a lot of help to make this fun event possible. Please sign up to volunteer! You can help count laps and hand out water during the race or help with any of our fun prize events.

Spirit Gear

This year we’re taking orders for Fall River shirts and hoodies throughout the year. These shirts with Fall River’s logo are perfect for Spirit Day every Friday at our school. Just send in an order whenever you’re ready, and we’ll add your items to our next order from our spirit gear vendor.

This is not a fundraiser. We resell spirit gear at exactly the prices we pay so your cost is as low as we can get it.

Our annual Fall River Carnival is Friday, May 1st from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

This great event features games, food, prizes, bounce castles, face painting, and more — about 40 different booths to visit that are fun for kids from preschool right up to fifth grade.

We need your help to make this possible. Please volunteer to help at a Carnival booth for one hour. You’ll take tickets, help children play the game, and give out prizes.

Adults, high school students, and middle school students (at any school) may volunteer.
