Coordinator Positions

    • [OPEN] School Supply Coordinator: volunteers to connect with vendors in the spring for families to purchase school supplies for the following school year. Distributes school supplies to each student’s classroom before Meet the Teacher

    • [OPEN] Movie Night Coordinator: volunteers time to organize a schoolwide movie night, will work with distributing information to families and promoting the event. Will also organize donations from local businesses for popcorn and other treats to be served. Coordinator will also work to ensure sufficient volunteers are available for movie night.

    • [OPEN] Fall/Spring Cleanup Coordinator: volunteers, working with Sponsorship Coordinator, to coordinate with local landscaping companies asking for donating time to aid in clean up of school grounds in the fall and again in the spring.

    • [FILLED] Childcare Coordinator: volunteers time to coordinate childcare for PTO meetings and conference nights.

    • [FILLED] Front Marquee Coordinator: volunteers to coordinate with PTO and front office to change the front signage for important dates and events.

    • [FILLED] Conference Meals Coordinator: volunteers time to organize meals for staff during parent teacher conferences. May work with local restaurants for donated catering, coordinating to raise funds from families and also coordinating menus for parents who wish to donate home cooked meals for staff.

    • [FILLED] Restaurant Night Coordinator: volunteers time to coordinate with local restaurants to set dates of fundraising events for families to dine in/takeout with a portion of each sale going back to Fall River. Will work with the Board to ensure that families are communicated with via email and/or flyers.

    • [FILLED] Event Vendor Coordinator: volunteers time to coordinate with vendors, especially food trucks, for PTO events. Examples are the Family Picnic, Ultimate Fox Party, Movie Night, etc.

    • [FILLED] Gala Basket Coordinator: volunteers time to put together donated items for the auctioning of a basket during the Saint Vrain Valley School District annual gala.

    • [FILLED] Sponsorship Coordinator: volunteers to reach out to local businesses for donations/sponsorships. Coordinates how to provide businesses with signage at events.

    • [FILLED] Digital Content Coordinator: volunteers to keep website for PTO up-to-date, post on social media accounts and keep school directory up-to-date.

    • [FILLED] Milk Caps/Box Tops Coordinator: volunteers time to gather milk caps from the front office donation site. Milk caps are to be counted/sorted and returned to the Longmont Dairy where money will be donated for each set amount of milk caps. Box tops are digital and the coordinator will help with promoting participation from families in scanning receipts for Box Tops to donate money back.

    • [FILLED] Spirit Wear Coordinator: volunteers to plan and organize spirit wear sales of shirts, sweatshirts, hats, water, bottles, etc.

    • [FILLED] Coin Drive Coordinator: volunteers to organize and coordinate a spare change fundraiser by distributing supplies to classrooms, coordinating with the office on how to keep families up-to-date on guidelines and distributing flyers to promote fundraising in students’ Friday folders.

    • [FILLED] Teacher Appreciation Week Coordinator: volunteers time in the spring coordinating meals and special treats and gifts for teachers and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week. May work with local restaurants and businesses for donated meals and gifts. Will help to organize volunteers to ensure that each day of that special week is taken care of with set up and clean up.

 

Volunteer Positions

    • [OPEN] Foxtrot Volunteers: volunteers time on day of fun run fundraiser, i.e. Foxtrot : helps with organizing signage for lap markers, marking of laps on shirts during the run, helping classrooms with start and end times.

    • [OPEN] Fox Party Volunteers: volunteers time to help coordinate donations needed and vendors needed during Fox Party celebration for those that earned a set fundraising goal for Foxtrot.

    • [OPEN] Foxtrot Class Award Volunteer: volunteers time to coordinate class party with each top fundraising classroom from each grade.

    • [OPEN] Top 3 Winners Basket Volunteer: volunteers time to put together baskets with prizes for the top three Foxtrot fundraising students.

    • [OPEN] Family Picnic Setup and Cleanup: help bring out or put away supplies we borrow from the building, check for trash or belongings left behind, and generally straighten up the back field. Sign up here

    • [FILLED] School Office Support Volunteer: volunteers at regularly scheduled intervals, coordinated with the front office, to provide teachers and staff with clerical support.

    • [FILLED] School Pictures Volunteer(s): volunteers to work alongside Portrait Studio for student/classroom picture days.
